to people whom i really care for
dear friends
swine influenza is on the RISE, serious. Please take care of yourself if you're still unwell/having the flu/cough like I am now.
Ways to Prevent Virus from Spreading:
• Wash your hands with soap and water frequently, especially after coughing/sneezing.
• Stay home if sick, or wear a mask if you have to go out; avoid crowded places.
• Cover your mouth/nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and discard properly.
• See a doctor if you are sick.
• If you have visited affected areas (eg Mexico, New Zealand, parts of the US) and develop respiratory illness with fever within seven days of return, use a surgical mask and consult a doctor immediately, disclosing your travel history.
• Stay updated on health measures advised by the authorities.
• Limit or postpone hospital visits where possible. • Wash your hands with soap and water frequently, especially after coughing/sneezing.
