My name is K*nn*th D*smond.
No I am not an alcoholic nor a shopaholic, I'm someone who probably have crossed paths with you.. could have been anytime between a good 5 years ago to 4 hours ago along the streets of Tiong Bahru.


Well, this isn't an initiative set up by my boss or my bosses' boss to touch base with you in hopes of digging some job out..but hey, if it does strike that vein in your head than I'll be more than glad but hold that thought for now.


Ok, so here it is.. the purpose of this email..
We all know the economical climate today doesn't look too bright, everyone's squeezing each other for either a place in the market / industry and those who already have share in this industry have their budgets slashed if not someone's getting slashed. (at least we have one of the problems solved with the capture of Mas Selamat)


Quirky as it may sound, it's the honest truth, we have to face it.. times are getting tough..actually times are already tough.. even the Merlion's not spared.


As I sit here at my desk to type this, I ponder the best way to get my message across.. You see, if I wanted to tell you who we are and what we can do for you, I would have sent you my Company's website to browse or a company eDM.


Honestly I'm kinda tired of the current economical situation, (who isn't)..
- Do you have the same KPIs / ROIs with lower budgets?


You're not alone. I feel you.


Maybe you've already acclimatize to the situation or,
you've taken action to explore other options..


cheaper alternatives with agencies that don't have to feed:
- 20 Art-Directors
- 8 Copy-Writers
- 7 Finalizers
- 8 Executives
- 1 Huge Boss and a
- 7 storey building with marble flooring and a pantry bigger than my kitchen


I would have done the same if I were in your shoes.
Well, I now represent a company called Curiosity.
Yes, we're an advertising agency (IMC) like the many out there who claims to be passionate and effective.


We are.


Why we stand out from the rest if we offer the same disciplines other IMCs / Agencies offer?


We're not plastic.We tell it like it is.
We don't want to work with you. We want to understand you.
You're not a Client. You're a Friend.
We don't want a Business opportunity. We want a relationship.
We don't have to feed 150 mouths nor build a 7 storey building with marble floors.








Now if you still have that tingling feeing at the back of your head..take a deep breath and pick up the phone..You'll feel much better once you do so.


If it's just a tingling feeling in your tummy, do the same.. I'll treat you to some good food in the area!


I'll be by my table hoping to at least see some replies come in and I hope you are 1 of the few who'll do so.
It's a beginning of a relationship that will benefit you.

Dear Danial Triadi Yusof



I miss you. *This picture was taken during one of our Class Annual Car Wash Drive.




You were my buddy, my closest friend way back when we were still a Year 1 student in the Higher NITEC of Hospitality Operations, in 2007.




You knew I had to change, and you were there to guide me through it, through the pain and hurt. Didn't you realised how much you had impacted me ever since...? :(




You were sad, and I was there for you. I was sad, and you did the same too.




We made stupid jokes and made a fool of ourselves, but we were still happy people.




You encouraged me all these while, though there was once we both lost our cool.




But slowly through the months, it seemed as if I, no it's we, have lost you along the way. Like as if you fell through the cracks when we didn't had our eyes on you.




My dearest buddy, Danial Triadi Yusof, I miss you, so does everyone from our class HA/HK.




I was hoping I could see you for the last time before everyone else's go their own ways.
I was hoping we could all share our last laughter during the ceremony.
I was hoping we would smile and wink at each other, with the mischevious sparkles in our eyes.



But apparently, it did not happened.
You, my dear friend, you weren't there to witness it all.




It felt so odd, after that, like the story wasn't completed, a fullstop that went missing after the comma, the book without the cover.




I am beginning to feel the emptiness now, your presence.




I would really hope to talk to you soon, to catch up with you soon.

i must thank god for people like himi, rish, adrian and isarandel. and soon-to-be giving me big feast by seri! :D



was feeling down this few days, up to a level I couldn't see further.




wig batch orders were an a**, suppliers taking their granny own sweet time.




photoshoot discussion was a killer (cause i was sick. :P), but the chatting and brainstorming was fun. :D




i shall get well soon...! :D

my whole body system is down. :(




what is down:
- voice/throat
- stomach/gastric flu






god, i woke up at 2am today, just too have a real bad stomach cramp. Was literally rolling in my bed till 3am when my body finally gave in and i went back to dreamland.






woke up again at about 7am, cause the cramps came back again. Then proceeded to do my macF props....





Went to the doctor's at 8.30am (he opens at that time), waited for the doctor and his diagnosis. Struggling to talk, as no voice was coming out of me. Got 2 days of MC and was sleeping/lazing around in the house the rest of the day...





Really stressed out now. :(






JBWIG & Fantasysheep replying me real slow.... :( Work's piling up like no one's business. Still need to send out finalised details of macF shoot....




tired now, I will go to bed after I am done with my online stuff....
